No vaccine without NID, registration
Staff Correspondent: For now, the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) has decided not to vaccinate anyone without a national identity card (NID) and registration.
DGHS DG Professor Dr. Khurshid Alam confirmed this yesterday.
He said the experimental mass vaccination activities will start on Saturday. Later, from August 14 to August 19, the activities of mass inoculation will be in full swing. The elders will be given priority in vaccination.
For the time being, the vaccine will be given one day under the DGHS’s campaign, DGHS DG also said. “The main campaign will start again after seven days. However, the ongoing vaccination program will continue.”
