45 lakh doses of vaccines arrive in the country

Staff Correspondent: More doses of Moderna and Sinopharm Covid-19 vaccines arrived at the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport yesterday morning.
The second consignment of Moderna vaccine containing 12,67,200 doses reached Bangladesh around 8:40am.
With this, a total of 25,17,200 doses of Moderna Covid-19 vaccine have reached Bangladesh. The first 12.5 lakh doses had arrived around 11:22 last night.
On the other hand, 10 lakh more doses of Sinopharm Covid-19 vaccine arrived at the Dhaka airport around 5:30am. Same amount of the same vaccine arrived earlier yesterday as well.
Bangladesh received a total of 45 lakh doses of Moderna and Sinopharm Covid-19 vaccines since last night.
