11 held for theft in Metrorail project
Staff Correspondent: The Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has arrested 11 members in an overnight operation on charges of stealing goods from the Metro Rail project.
RAB-4 arrested the thieves from Shahali area of Mirpur at 10 am yesterday. According to RAB, the operation started on Sunday night continued till 10 am yesterday.
Though the plan to build Metro Rail from Capital’s Uttara to Motijheel started in 2013, its implementation started in 2016.
