Case against MP Mostafizur for violation of code of polls conduct
Staff Correspondent: The Election Commission filed a case against Member of Parliament Mostafizur Rahman Chowdhury, the candidate of the ruling Awami League in Chittagong-16 Constituency for violating the Election Code of Conduct. Banshkhali election officer Muhammad Harun Molla filed the case in Chittagong Metropolitan Magistrate Jewel Deb’s court on Tuesday.
The court ordered Mostafizur Rahman Chowdhury to appear before the court by January 3.
